What is the KEY? The ability to read, one who reads can store the knowledge with great thoughts and become great thinkers of the world.
In the contrary the man who never opens a book has an enpty mind. He may get some experience from his from others but to what mankind he learnt and thought has done if his mind is blank. But he who reads widely and judicially has a full mind. "Reading maketh a full man".
Conference means having discussion and debate. To be a good debater one needs to be ready to speak in all situations with a great mind. He must be able to see a point quickly, think quickly and speak quickly to reply the arguments ready. Taking an active part in the debate, society gives a valuable practice in this. For this one has to be alert and ready for all the circumstances. "So conference maketh a ready man".
Writing means what we have learnt in our reading and practicing in a book by making a notes. Writing helps a person to understand the concept of reading and to apply it by making a new concept by our learnt knowledge. We may remember things we learn but when we write and make a notes on it our knowledge becomes accurate and exact. So make a written notes of what you have learnt and that is what "writings makes an exact man".
For a public speaker one must have a full mind, readiness of speech, and and accurate and exact knowledge of his subject so do remember if one needs to excel or move ahead he has to keep on reading and storing a vast knowledge because money and time may not be supportive in hard and difficult situations but one who has a wat knowledge with developed skills can be a perfect person at any circumstances so we can conclude that one who reads will lead and that is what it is said that readers are the leaders
